The Made In America Jobs Tour stopped in Gary, Ind., yesterday where EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson and fellow union, business, and elected leaders spoke about how transitioning to a clean energy economy will create millions of jobs and help solve the climate crisis.
When asked whether we should choose to save our planet or keep jobs, Jackson responded, “That is a false choice… this is a new path, this is different, but it’s one where our economy and our environment move hand in hand.”
