On Wednesday, June 16 the White House released a new, historic national study of climate change in the United States. Produced by the Global Change Research Program, a joint venture of 13 federal agencies, the report compiles the best available science on areas such as rising temperatures, carbon emissions, and sea level rise that concludes that climate changes are underway now and actions must be taken to address the most dire impacts.
